Product or parts replacement may include refurbished or repaired parts or components,&nbsp;provided that&nbsp;they ensure the proper functioning of the product.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This&nbsp;warranty&nbsp;does&nbsp;not&nbsp;cover:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any\u00a0product\u00a0on\u00a0which\u00a0the\u00a0factory\u00a0serial\u00a0number\u00a0or\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0purchase\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0altered,\u00a0defaced,\u00a0removed,\u00a0or\u00a0changed\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0original\u00a0labels\u00a0affixed\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0product.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damage,\u00a0wear,\u00a0or\u00a0malfunction\u00a0caused\u00a0by,\u00a0arising\u00a0from,\u00a0or\u00a0resulting\u00a0from\u00a0accident,\u00a0misuse,\u00a0use\u00a0outside\u00a0the\u00a0product\u00a0specifications,\u00a0negligence,\u00a0fire,\u00a0water,\u00a0radiation,\u00a0or\u00a0other\u00a0environmental\u00a0influences,\u00a0or\u00a0failure\u00a0to\u00a0comply\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0product\u2019s\u00a0operating\u00a0instructions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repair\u00a0or\u00a0attempted\u00a0repair\u00a0by\u00a0a\u00a0technician\u00a0not\u00a0authorized\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Manufacturer.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any\u00a0malfunction\u00a0or\u00a0damage\u00a0caused\u00a0during\u00a0transportation\u00a0or\u00a0installation\u00a0of the\u00a0product.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voltage\u00a0fluctuations\u00a0or\u00a0power\u00a0supply\u00a0variations\u00a0(use\u00a0outside\u00a0the\u00a0manufacturer\u2019s\u00a0specifications).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use\u00a0of\u00a0spare\u00a0parts\u00a0or\u00a0components\u00a0that\u00a0are\u00a0not\u00a0compatible\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0manufacturer\u2019s\u00a0original\u00a0specifications.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal\u00a0wear\u00a0and\u00a0tear.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any\u00a0other\u00a0cause\u00a0not\u00a0related\u00a0to\u00a0a\u00a0defect\u00a0in\u00a0materials\u00a0or\u00a0workmanship\u00a0of the\u00a0product.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The warranty also does not cover the cost of transportation and installation of the product, nor the cost of any consumables used. The&nbsp;warranties&nbsp;provided&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company&nbsp;are&nbsp;exclusively&nbsp;those&nbsp;expressly&nbsp;stated&nbsp;herein, and&nbsp;no&nbsp;other&nbsp;warranties,&nbsp;whether&nbsp;express&nbsp;or&nbsp;implied,&nbsp;exist&nbsp;beyond&nbsp;those&nbsp;mandatorily&nbsp;provided&nbsp;by&nbsp;law. The&nbsp;Company&nbsp;makes&nbsp;no&nbsp;warranty&nbsp;as&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;fitness&nbsp;of the&nbsp;product&nbsp;for a&nbsp;particular&nbsp;purpose. In&nbsp;all&nbsp;cases, the&nbsp;repair&nbsp;or&nbsp;replacement&nbsp;of a&nbsp;defective&nbsp;product&nbsp;is&nbsp;subject&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;warranty&nbsp;terms&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Manufacturer,&nbsp;which&nbsp;the&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;acknowledges&nbsp;and&nbsp;accepts. The&nbsp;Company&nbsp;acts&nbsp;solely&nbsp;as&nbsp;an&nbsp;intermediary&nbsp;between&nbsp;the&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;and the&nbsp;Manufacturer&nbsp;for the&nbsp;repair&nbsp;or&nbsp;replacement&nbsp;of the&nbsp;defective&nbsp;product. The&nbsp;Manufacturer&nbsp;may,&nbsp;at&nbsp;its&nbsp;discretion,&nbsp;appoint&nbsp;another&nbsp;legal&nbsp;entity,&nbsp;other&nbsp;than&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company,&nbsp;to&nbsp;provide&nbsp;warranty&nbsp;repair&nbsp;or&nbsp;replacement&nbsp;services.&nbsp;The&nbsp;warranty&nbsp;period&nbsp;shall&nbsp;commence&nbsp;on the&nbsp;invoice&nbsp;date.&nbsp;The&nbsp;Company&nbsp;shall&nbsp;bear&nbsp;no&nbsp;liability&nbsp;for&nbsp;any&nbsp;damage&nbsp;suffered&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;or&nbsp;any&nbsp;third&nbsp;party&nbsp;arising&nbsp;from&nbsp;the&nbsp;defective&nbsp;operation&nbsp;or&nbsp;use&nbsp;of the&nbsp;product,&nbsp;whether&nbsp;or&nbsp;not&nbsp;expressly&nbsp;stated&nbsp;herein,&nbsp;including,&nbsp;without&nbsp;limitation,&nbsp;loss&nbsp;or&nbsp;destruction&nbsp;of&nbsp;data. In&nbsp;any&nbsp;event, the&nbsp;liability&nbsp;of&nbsp;both&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company&nbsp;and the&nbsp;Manufacturer&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;limited&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;purchase&nbsp;price&nbsp;of the&nbsp;product.&nbsp;The&nbsp;warranty&nbsp;shall&nbsp;apply&nbsp;only&nbsp;if,&nbsp;upon&nbsp;detection&nbsp;of a&nbsp;defect, the&nbsp;competent&nbsp;department&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Company&nbsp;is&nbsp;notified&nbsp;in&nbsp;writing&nbsp;within&nbsp;a&nbsp;reasonable&nbsp;period&nbsp;of&nbsp;time, a&nbsp;special&nbsp;form&nbsp;provided&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company&nbsp;is&nbsp;duly&nbsp;completed&nbsp;indicating&nbsp;the&nbsp;product&nbsp;type&nbsp;and&nbsp;serial&nbsp;number, and the&nbsp;present&nbsp;invoice&nbsp;is&nbsp;submitted,&nbsp;provided&nbsp;that&nbsp;none&nbsp;of the&nbsp;exclusions&nbsp;set&nbsp;forth&nbsp;above&nbsp;apply.&nbsp;Transportation&nbsp;of the&nbsp;product&nbsp;for&nbsp;repair&nbsp;shall&nbsp;be&nbsp;carried&nbsp;out&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Customer\u2019s&nbsp;sole&nbsp;responsibility&nbsp;and&nbsp;expense,&nbsp;even&nbsp;if&nbsp;such&nbsp;transportation&nbsp;is&nbsp;arranged&nbsp;by&nbsp;the&nbsp;Company&nbsp;at&nbsp;the&nbsp;Customer\u2019s&nbsp;request.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The
